DepositNow uses the same security and encryption techniques that are standard in the banking industry, so your money and private information are as safe as if you were using a regular online banking system.

Certified to meet the most stringent standards

All transactions are performed using industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption and we ensure that all customers are using browsers with the most recent SSL capability. Your information is stored on servers protected by firewalls and not directly accessible from the Internet.

Only authorized computers and personnel may access your private information. DepositNow employs industry-standard firewalls and intrusion detection systems to ensure that our infrastructure maintains a high level of security.

Regular audits and reviews are performed by our Senior Management to ensure proper conformance to our internally published policies and procedures.

Failsafes and system reliability

You can never predict what the outside world will throw at you, but we've hardened our network against power outages, natural disasters and any kind of event that could interrupt your service.

Our main data center has two uninterruptible power supplies and a backup generator, multiple broadband connections through different ISPs — and every server, processor and electrical component has an exact duplicate to keep the network running in the event of a failure. Even in the event of a catastrophic outage, we automatically re-route transactions to a second, identical data center more than 500 miles away to ensure the system stays up.

Since DepositNow was launched, we've had an uptime rate of more than 99.99 percent.
