Special Accounting Features
This version of DepositNow launches as a feature in QuickBooks or Peachtree and lets you make deposits directly from within your accounting system. DepositNow will record each check in your accounting records at the same time you scan it.
That's not all it does, though — our patented technology can recognize the account number and handwritten dollar amount on a check, then match it to the right customer and invoice in your QuickBooks or Peachtree files. With one click, you can mark an invoice paid and avoid hunting through your records to see who owes you money.
Our QuickBooks and Peachtree modules support batch uploads just like our normal Offline Mode, so you can scan all your checks in a row and deposit them all at once instead of one at a time.
DepositNow for QuickBooks is available now; our Peachtree version debuts in Summer 2008 — check back soon!

Scanner Choices
DepositNow for QuickBooks and Peachtree support all of the
check scanners that we offer, and scans just as fast as Offline Mode.
If you deposit more than
50 checks a day, a high-speed scanner
with a hopper feed will
save you a significant
amount of time.
For lower check volumes, a single-feed scanner will suffice.
The Panini MyVisionX
is available in models
that scan 30, 60 or
90 checks per minute.
