There are two ways for your institution to offer DepositNow to your own customers: Sign up as a member bank, or become an independent reseller. What's the difference?
As a member bank, you pay an intial setup fee and we integrate DepositNow with your existing branding and IT framework. You can call the product whatever you want and set up your own pricing and programs for your customers. Click here to learn more about rebranding options.
As a reseller,
you pay nothing — if any of your customers are interested in remote deposit, just refer them to us, and we'll get them connected and pay you a percentage of the profit as a referral fee. Your bank doesn't need to be a DepositNow member or undergo any IT setup to make it work.
If you become a reseller, we can provide you with free sales materials, brochures and interactive demos to help you sell DepositNow. There's no fee and no risk to you, just a chance to offer your customers something useful and make a little money in the process.
As a reseller, you'll have access to our complete product line including QuickBooks/Peachtree editions, online bill pay and e-mail invoicing, and the new DepositNow Mobile handheld system for wireless credit card processing.
We take care of logistics and order fulfillment
When one of your customers signs up, we'll provide them with the scanner and ship it directly from our central warehouse so you don't have to worry about carrying expensive inventory on hand. We also have dedicated staff for customer service, technical support and warranty issues so you don't need to spend your own time on it.
No risk, no underwriting
We screen every new DepositNow user during the sign-up process to cut down on the risk of fraud and other negative outcomes. There's no additional risk to your bank; just point your customer to us and we take care of the entire boarding process.
Use our special offers
Need an extra push to convince your customers to sign up? DepositNow offers special deals and incentives every month. We'll work with you on anything from a free scanner giveaway to refer-a-friend bonus programs to co-marketing campaigns and more. However you want to sell DepositNow, we're here to help.
